Set up
Two 12x10m boxes, a 6m channel between, one ball, defenders in bibs.
How it works
Pass the ball from box to box. Defenders in the channel try to block it.
- Everyone stays in their own zone.
- Defender wins it: swap with that passer.
Scoring: One point per pass across.
Say this
"Wait for the gap""Hit it hard"
Too easy?
Add a third defender.
Too hard?
Widen the boxes.
Organising it
21 m sided area per group. With 14 kids: 2 groups of 3v3, 2 rotate in every minute. With 20 kids: 3 groups of 3v3, 2 rotate in every minute. Runs with one coach.
Missing gear? No cones → bags mark the two boxes and the middle. No bibs → the middle players keep their jackets on.
