Set up
One 30x20m pitch, end zones three metres deep, eight cones.
How it works
Two teams attack opposite end zones. Score within five seconds of winning the ball for double points.
- Stop the ball in the end zone to score.
- Count five aloud when you win the ball.
Say this
"Win it early""Go forward fast"
Too easy?
Three touches, smaller pitch.
Too hard?
Count to seven instead.
Organising it
30 m sided area per group. With 14 kids: one group, 2 play as all-time attackers. With 20 kids: 2 groups of 5v5. Runs with one coach.
Missing gear? No bibs → one team plays shirts off. No cones → hall lines or bags mark the end zones.
