Set up
One 20x20m box, four cones, one ball, two bib colours.
How it works
Two teams keep the ball. Lose it, chase hard for six counted seconds.
- Count six out loud when you lose it.
- Win it back inside six for a point.
Say this
"Swarm it""Cut the pass"
Too easy?
Shrink the box, two touches only.
Too hard?
Give eight seconds instead.
Organising it
20 m sided area per group. With 14 kids: 2 groups of 3v3, 2 play as all-time attackers. With 20 kids: 2 groups of 5v5. Runs with one coach.
Missing gear? No bibs → one team plays shirts off. No cones → bottles or bags mark the four corners.
