Set up

One 30x20m pitch per ten players, two small goals, two bib colours.

How it works

Normal game, but two touches max. A third touch gives the ball away.

  • Count your touches out loud.
  • Restart with a pass, no throw-ins.

Scoring: One-touch goals count double.

Say this

"Look before it comes""Touch away from pressure""Pass and move"

Too easy?

One touch in your own half.

Too hard?

Three touches allowed.

Organising it

30 m sided area per group. With 14 kids: one group, 4 rotate in every minute. With 20 kids: 2 groups of 5v5. Runs with one coach.

Missing gear? No goals → two bags three metres apart at each end. No bibs → shirts on / shirts off.
