Set up
One 14x8m court, cones marking both end lines, one ball, two bib colours.
How it works
Four against four. Score by stopping the ball dead on the far line.
- Lose the ball, defend straight away.
- Spare players swap in after every point.
Scoring: One point per stop.
Say this
"Sole on the ball""Head up"
Too easy?
Hold the stop for two seconds.
Too hard?
Score anywhere past the line.
Organising it
13 m sided area per group. With 14 kids: one group, 6 rotate in every minute. With 20 kids: 2 groups of 4v4, 4 rotate in every minute. Runs with one coach.
Missing gear? No cones → hall lines, bags or shoes mark the end lines. No bibs → shirts on against shirts off.
