Set up

Full goal. Two cones make a shooting line twelve metres out.

How it works

Teams take turns hitting the crossbar. Shoot, fetch your ball, rejoin your team.

  • Shoot from behind the line.
  • Call your hits out loud.

Scoring: Bar three points, post one.

Say this

"Laces through it""Keep it flat"

Too easy?

Shoot a rolling ball.

Too hard?

Move the line to eight metres.

Organising it

27 m sided area per group. With 14 kids: one group. Runs with one coach.

Wait behind the line.

Missing gear? No crossbar → a rope between two poles, or a chalk line on a wall. No cones → two bags mark the shooting line. Two balls work: the waiting team fetches while the other strikes.
