Set up

One goal with a keeper. Start cone fifteen metres out, balls beside it.

How it works

One at a time, dribble at the goal and shoot past the keeper.

  • Go when the keeper stands ready.
  • Swap keeper every six shots.

Scoring: Goal one point, round the keeper two.

Say this

"Push it forward""Pick your side early"

Too easy?

Shoot within two touches.

Too hard?

Start eight metres out.

Organising it

26 m sided area per group. With 14 kids: one group. Runs with one coach.

Keepers stay upright on hard floors.

Missing gear? No goal → two cones five metres apart with a keeper between. One ball only: the keeper throws it back to the line. No cones → a bag marks the starting point.
